Orders and shipments
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We process your order in 1/2 working days. The expected delivery time for your order is approximately 36-48 hours. There may be variations in delivery times due to external factors (courier strikes/delays and weather conditions).
How much is shipping?
The cost is €9.99 for shipments to Italy. With amounts starting from €99 shipping is free.
Can I collect the order in store?
Yes, you can collect it in store in our Pavia office, at Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi 45/c. From Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00, except holidays.

What payment methods can I use?
Yes you can pay with MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA, PAYPAL cards.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, if you choose this payment method we will process the order only after you send us the receipt of your payment to the email sbartebody.customercare@gmail.com .
